Invite Team Members

As an administrator, you can add new team members to your basebox organization and manage their access.

Inviting a Team Member

To invite a new user to basebox:

  1. Open Administration → Users

  1. Click on "+ Invite Users"

  1. Enter the user's email address

  2. Click "Send Invitation"

The invited user will receive an email and can create their account.



Manage Invitations

You can view and manage existing invitations at any time.

  1. Open Users → "Invitations" tab

  2. Select an invitation

The following actions are available:

  • Renew – Resend invitation

  • Delete – Remove invitation

  • Send Email – Resend invitation

  • Copy Link – Share invitation link

⚠️ Note: Pay attention to the license limit of your basebox organization. If no free user slots are available, an upgrade is required.
