2. Select "About"

3. Check the entry "On Premise: Yes / No"
   

Differences Overview

Cloud Version (On Premise: No)

• Operated on basebox servers

• Access from anywhere with internet connection

• Automatic updates

• Comparable to web applications like Google or LinkedIn

On-Premises (On Premise: Yes)

• BOperated on company-owned servers

• Access only within company network

• Updates performed by internal IT

• Data remains completely within the organization

Both versions offer the same features and the same interface. The handling of chat data also remains identical.
