Administration: Central Management of Your basebox Organization

What is the Administration Area?

The administration area is the control center of your basebox organization. Here, as an administrator, you manage all important settings - from users to apps to organization settings.

Important: Only administrators have access to this area. Regular users do not see this option.

How to Open Administration

1. Open Sidebar - Click on the menu icon in the left navigation

2. Select "Administration" - You'll find this option in the sidebar

3. Choose Desired Area - Click on the area you want to manage

The 6 Management Areas Overview

📊 Dashboard

What it is: Your control center with the most important numbers and activities
What it's for: Quick overview of usage, active apps, and organization statistics

🔧 Apps

What it is: Management of all AI applications in your organization
What you can do here:

• Create, edit, and delete apps

• Define who can use which apps

• Share apps with other team members

🏪 Store

What it is: Library with pre-built apps from basebox and soon from other organizations
What you can do here:

• Activate ready-made apps for your team

• Deactivate apps you don't need

• Discover new solutions for common use cases

🏢 Organization

What it is: Basic settings of your basebox organization
What you manage here: Name, settings, and organization-wide configurations

Requirements:

• Logo format: JPG, PNG, or WebP

• Maximum size: 1 MB

• Recommended dimensions: at least 174 × 174 pixels (square, 1:1)

• Organization name: maximum 62 characters

👥 Users

What it is: Management of all people in your organization
What you can do here:

• Invite new team members

• Remove users

• Adjust roles and permissions (e.g., who becomes administrator)

🔑 API Keys

What it is: Technical access for connecting external systems
What it's for: Integration of basebox into other software or custom applications
